We collect information from you when you make an enquiry through the site or when you complete the application form. In compliance with the Data Protection Act we keep you details on file for a period of 6months. If you wish us to remove your details from our data base at anytime please contact us via the website and we will arrange this.
The personal information we collect from these forms is for recruitment purposes only. The data is accessable to Barloworld Handling only and will not be passed to any other company.
Apply Online
If you apply for a job advertised on our site the information will be held on the company's database for recruitment purposes only. We regret that we are unable to respond to all applicants individually, so if you have not received an invite to attend an interview from us within 28 days, please consider your application unsuccessful. By ticking the submit button at the bottom of the form you are agreeing to us retaining your CV on file for 6 months; it will then be destroyed.
Use of Cookies
Whilst you are browsing the Barloworld Handling website, a cookie is stored on your computer in order that we can identify your session. Your web browser destroys this cookie after 20 minutes of inactivity, or when you close the web browser application. At no stage is any personal information stored in a cookie, or any information that would allow us to identify you as an individual.
